The Company and management really cares about it's employees. The culture has a family feel while operating at an extremely professional and organized manner. Everyone is motivated to do their best work and support each other in building great projects! It is an exciting and collaborative environment that tries to foster fun at the same time.

Pros

This is a family business and when you are on the team, you instantly feel like you're part of the family. The processes in place are very well thought out and the business is run very strategically, this is not a fly by night construction business. I really like how the company invests in the team and themselves, willing to make changes and invest money if it will help the team get better results. The people who work here are extremely supportive, welcoming and fun to be around. Sea Pointe is a great place to work!
