Pros

Good pay for the area

Cons

I was working from 3 am to sometimes 6 pm but always to at least 5 pm. Then come home and take care of my son to 9 in bed by 10 ish so i averaged 3 hours of sleep. I told them something needs to happen especially after they fired my helper. It took them 8 months to hire somebody. 8 MONTHS to hire someone to help. Bu that time i was like a zombie. Always go go go

Pros

better than average pay for the county

Cons

primarily rural area resulting in few job opportunities and this company's power structure knows that, boys club mentality in management team resulting in zero advancement and heavy favoritism if your not a member. TERRIBLE working conditions often unsafe management seems to look at employees as if they are some expendable asset to be used up until worn out or broken then discarded like some tool. I could go on for hours but you get the picture

Pros

Location (merritt island Florida) and 401k retirement package.

Cons

Bad management issues. HR does nothing for the hourly employees. If you are on the shop floor you are less than dirt! Quality issues in the mating of the prefabed galley and head section to the floor joists. They leave massive voids in the adhesive or (gunk) that they simply cover up at the visible spots only. This usually happens in phase one in the assembly area. During deck to hull mating the phase one guys do not measure how much to cut off the bulkheads. Instead they cut off a foot or more then after the deck is set hold the peices back up then trim them and STAPLE them back in. After that they simpley fiberglass over them and cover it with vinyl. I could go on and on!!!
