Whenever it comes to commission payout, the top management (Managing Director) will come up with new policies which are never heard of to claw back your commission. They will also delay your commission payment each time and once you leave the company, you can forget about getting your commission. Top management would always threaten to deduct salaries if an employee is late for work for more than 3 times a month. Strict lunch hours and employees are expected to adhere to it, if not they will get a warning. Senior Manager is just a useless puppet who is being used as a tool to convey message from top management to employees. Saw 20 colleagues who left within a period of a few months and top management still claimed that it's normal for 'people to come and go'
