Pros
Used to have a great engineering culture (gone with a few bad hires and employees laid off or simply left), a fresh product team (laid off), and delivered good value to our customers. Lots of innovation, professional attitude, people to learn from and collaborate with (all gone now) Office was real nice until it turned into zombie-land after the round of layoffs.
Cons
Upper Management are disconnected, do not trust or empower No product leadership All the good engineers have left the company
