They offer excellent benefits. There are many great people who have been working for the company for years.
Cons
Work/Life Balance is horrible. Upper Management has no management skills, literally. Your voice is never heard and never try to speak up because it will be the end of your career. Oh, yes limit the times you stand to go to the bathroom they will count it. Do not speak to other unless it is work related, you be called upon and spied on by snitches. You will be judged by who you decide to go to lunch with. The stress level working in this department are beyond withstanding not by the work load but the ludicrous micromanagement mentality. Even though you are a salary employee sometimes working well over 50 hours a week you are required to report to you direct manager once you have arrived and when you are leaving, that is daily.
