1. Set up an inventory system from start to finish and it was done right and helped the cost a ton!
2. the environment was very fun and exciting all the time for the younger and older crowd.
3. we always had something planned every night of the week.
Cons
1. some craft beers were very expensive but I harged that because they were specialty beers.
2. once and awhile we would get a crowd of drunk guys that would cause a problem that I would have to take care of.
