Seagull Scientific has never condoned or tolerated such abhorrent language in our workplace. Any incidents of racist, sexist or demeaning behavior of any kind must ALWAYS be reported immediately to our human resources director. Our founder and chairman says, “The goodwill of our employees and customers is our most valuable asset, so we treat everyone with the same dignity and respect we wish for ourselves.” This is part of our corporate DNA, and our workplace reflects these values.

We appreciate the efforts of all our employees — they have gone above and beyond during our dynamic growth as a company. We recognize that the extraordinary contributions of our teammates have made this progress possible. The well-being of our colleagues is important to us, and work / life balance is a big part of that, so, we’ve ramped up our hiring. While some teams may occasionally be understaffed, most are now at full capacity, and we continue to hire in anticipation of sustained global growth at our current unprecedented rate.
