Pros

Company mission is very clear. You feel like you are contributing to something important. Most of the employees are very professional and care a lot about their work. Work/Life balance and compensation is good. Lots of flexibility with remote work depending on your job.

Cons

Senior Leadership makes decisions based on what is going to be easiest and make the most money in the short term. Not a lot of consideration for employees, only the bottom line. Lots of strong personalities in senior leadership who talk a big game but ultimately do not listen or take feedback.
