      Management team that actually cares and listens. Team of hardworking employees that support and care about each other. Small size company offering competitive benefits. Bonus payouts related to company performance.

      Past employees displaying toxic behaviors negatively affecting things for current employees who are supposedly their friends.

      Pay and benefits can be good.

      Cons

      The owner is not engaged with the employees. After dedicating 13 years, I left to move to another state. The only response from the owner was a "Goodby, Good Luck" email. Simply unbelievable.
