The people "fellow captives" each person other than the select circle are counting the days to escape no culture and toxic treatment of staff be driven by a CEO that is only interested in himself and his personal life

Cons

Too many to list, but let's try. Junior staff no experience in senior positions across the company, 4 CFOs in less than 2 years, hire people and shut offices without notice, CTOs that can't change anything as no control. Arrogance thinking there product is number 1 when reality in US NOT SURE IF TOP TEN, Globally weak and feedback from OEMs is very poor. Generally poor business process

I met some lovely people there. )Not one of them is still employed)

Cons

No vision or values, poor culture and no leaders (lots of ‘managers’). Very depressing to see staff treated badly and what once was a great business go down the drain.
