The MD is scared of wind/snow so there's a lot of WFH days when he can't be bothered coming in
Cons
I can't believe that somebody who hasn't filled a single job, or brought a single client, ends up managing a recruitment agency and becoming "head of business". Joke of an agency, MD plays favourites but his 2 favourites are both terrible. They won't survive past 2024

The owner is very genuine and will do anything to help either in your career or personal life. The team is collaborative and supportive.
Cons
Had some bad hires but they were sorted out other than that nothing to complain about
