Pros
- An incredible product which is very beneficial to customers (an easy sell!) - A powerful founding team - You get autonomy over your role, and any ideas you bring forward will be heard - You're encouraged to try new things - Your role and responsibilities are geared towards your career path as much as possible - All other employees are very nice - It's fast paced - Socials are veeeery fun!
