We appreciate this feedback and take it seriously. Our goal as a company is to create an environment that promotes open communication and opportunities for employees to learn and grow. We strive to build long-term relationships with our staff based on mutual trust and respect. As with all goals, it is important to review them periodically and evaluate our effectiveness in achieving them. We unfortunately cannot control everyone's perception of what is happening within the company - we will however discuss internally the issues raised in this post and examine our actions and policies that may have lead to this situation. Externally, we also monitor salary ranges for similar organizations and try to remain competitive in our overall compensation.

Pros

Very cool technology and it really feels like you are changing the world in some way. There is lots of freedom to be more than just a developer as you can choose to take part in customer demos and even get to travel sometimes.

Cons

CTO considers himself a Steve Jobs type so it's ok to not listen to your opion. He always has to be right and there is lots of micromanaging. Each project has multiple milestones and towards the end of a milestone there's lots of stress/pressure so there are frequent long nights.

Pros

It is nothing more than a sweatshop disguised as a tech company. They overstress employees, pile on unrealistic workloads, and pay far below market standards for new hires. It’s a place where management behaves like a bunch of crooks, using bullying tactics and legal threats to cover up their incompetence. Expect zero support, constant pressure, and a work environment that burns people out while treating them like disposable labour. If you value your sanity, steer clear of this toxic and exploitative workplace.

Cons

• Underpaid new hires: Employees, especially new hires, are paid far below market rate, making it hard to justify the stress and workload. • Toxic culture: Management is disconnected, using bullying tactics and legal threats rather than providing support. • Sweatshop mentality: Overworking employees is the norm, with unrealistic expectations and zero care for mental health or well-being. • Crooked management: Leadership behaves like a group of crooks, only interested in saving face rather than fostering a healthy work environment. • No work-life balance: Expect to be constantly stressed, with little appreciation or compensation for your hard work.
