I’ve witnessed employees being belittled and chastised for things that could be solved with conversations but their isn’t an open line of communication with management.
The food here is good. So, it made our job easy when selling dishes to guests. Also, looking up ingredients on the computer system for guests (like when an allergy is present) was incredibly helpful. Almost all of my guests were sweet and looking for a nice, special dining experience.
Cons
Managers here were condescending, stand around and chit chat when those on the floor obviously need help, and act like your friend until they have a bad day and emotionally vent like pompous children.
