      Pros

      4 day week was amazing and they stuck to not working outside this.

      Cons

      The management in the project team are not trained to manage, they managed by ignoring for weeks then blaming new/sky employees for not reaching out. Bad training at the start of employment, left out of the clicks meaning you have no chance of catching up.

      Pros

      The Team at Seatfrog are a fantastic close-knit team, they have a very diverse group of people who seamlessly work together to achieve great results for themselves and their partners. I would recommend working here. They have a good work-life balance with a 4 day work week.

      Cons

      Being a travel company COVID has at times made it hard to get things live, however the team have managed very well during the tough time and the business is more diverse and stronger for it.

      Pros

      Very energetic, enthusiastic people. Engineering team, technical lead and product manager are great to work with.

      Cons

      Co-founders don't have an agile product mind set. They have an agency background. Very revenue focused for a startup. Very intense/controlling management with micro-monitoring techniques in place with behavioural control. They don't live up to their stated values of transparency to end users.
