Pros
Good location and easy to access off of the beltway.
Cons
They don't care about it's employees. HR complaints against employees mean nothing and no actions are taken. No vertical mobility within the company. Meager benefits (401k not fully vested till 5 years with the company, no vacation time till 1 year in)
