Best thing about this company is the staff; people here come from diverse backgrounds and skill sets, but all seem to really care about both the company and one another. Lots of independence if you are good at what you do -flex sched. ability to redefine your role etc. Consistent, credible and talentedl hard workers will really excel here professionally and financially! Lots of encouragement and assistance with professional growth
Cons
Lack of structure and need to be self-motivated; irregularity of work pace Lack of p.c. culture-i.e. people here are talented, aggressive and aren't good at small talk or consistent training. Best to know your job coming in or be able to fight for the training you need.

-The better you are at your job, the more you will make -The larger and greater responsibilities you take on, the more you make -The more the owners trust you, the more you will make -Crazy benefit and promotion structure-ie. you can easily make 300 raises in short time -Hard to get fired if they like you

-Low starting pay relative to similar -Crazy work hours....you may work a lot or none at all _Ongoing port drama may affect salary
