Pros

The benefits were fantastic during my time there. Some legitimately great people to work with across departments.

Cons

Broken culture. There is massive turn over. Management doesn't view people with empathy.

Pros

Overall positive energy and open communication.

Cons

A new PTO policy is a leap backward. They moved us to 'unlimited PTO' but the number of days you can take is unclear and totally dependent on your manager's approval. In 2026, every request for time off will feel like begging instead of using an earned allocation of hours. I know that this change will definitely lead to me taking less time off. It's unfair and all for the sake of saving money when people leave by not having to pay for their earned but unused time off.

Pros

Benefits and the co workers who may or may not last as long as you do.

Cons

Senior Management, tread carefully and don’t trust No current plan to fix the management problem, chances are if you have a problem with them you’ll be the one next up on the chopping block.
