Cool basketball product with a good chance to build a professional network.
Cons
Hard on the front office when you're often doing the work of 3+ people. Burnout was impending for many of us. Biased and favoritism are rampant.

- Working for a team that leads an ever-growing industry - Growth opportunity - Close-knit team - Excellent networking opportunities - Impactful work in the community

- Terrible pay, way below market average - Promotions and raises usually only happen by employee request - Long hours during the WNBA season - Not a lot of diversity beyond the mid-management level
