      Good staffers Trying to perform (without the necessary training)

      Cons

      1. Antiquated it systems 2. Too many outside consultants there capitalizing 3. The wrong people are often cut 4. Paper, paper everywhere No CEO 5. Good outside counsel getting little or none of the necessary info 6. Lots of CYA 7. No business development 8. The BOD is kept in the dark

      Seaway Bank and Trust Co. is a community based bank. It was an enlightening experience.

      Cons

      Long days when staffing was short/when staff members were sent to other branches to cover main branch.
