Nothing is good there whoever will do buttering to their 2 directors 1st one and 2nd one that employee will get benefit. Specially for ladies their directors use there employees for their personal work , marriages etc and if any employee will reject to do their personal work they will torture them and allow them to resign . There are some employees who are with them since 20 years and doing nothing except their personal work and getting lakhs of salaries and who ever will do good job they will tell company is in loss so no increments, So in short who ever can do buttering they can join happily and who is actual hard worker and who has self respect they should not .

Work was good, but too much of micro management
