Pros

The majority of the staff are talented, hard working people. We also have our share of slackers, but you probably find that everywhere.

Cons

People tend to get pidgeon holed in certain roles. We are becoming a company of specialists. Interdisciplinary training is rare and difficult to get approved.

Pros

Good entry-level consulting job to get experience to get a career with more opportunities Good work/life balance

Cons

Comparatively Low Wages Consistently under budgets jobs High overhead costs incurred by upper management due to old fashioned management styles Lack of respect to other departments if you're not an engineer Outdated social culture - ie respect towards gender, race, religion, etc

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your time to share them with us. Feedback, like yours, is critical to our decisions moving forward. Employee owner feedback is important as we continue to build our ownership and "Sebago Way" culture. Again, thank you.

Great if you are an engineer

Pros

The employee ownership is beneficial, especially in the long run. The benefits package is pretty good. Christmas bonus and regular raises are great too.

Cons

The long time project managers for the most part struggle with workload delegation, almost every project is under budgeted in order to win work, and if you’re not an engineer you get looked down on. They have put the effort in to try and be more female friendly but they still have a long way to go.

Thank you and we couldn't agree more. We have been working on this but we know there is more work to do. Thank you, again.
