It's a small company and you may have to work outside of your normal job. There are advantages to that as you can gain skills but also disadvantages to it.

Pros
The work culture is great and the company is constantly trying to improve on its past pain points. Everyone is really supportive and fun to work with. The mission of the company is great as well.
Cons
It’s a small business, you’ll wear a lot of hats but it develops your skill set quickly. It can be stressful at times because of the growth of the company. It is always balancing growth with adding personnel.
