      Pros

      Fast pace and growing company. Free popcorn. Friendly and knowledgeable colleagues. Great healthcare and 401k benefits.

      Cons

      Expected to work more than 40hrs/week. Pay does not reflect the work you will be expected to put in. Mistakes are not tolerated and the owner will let you know that, possibly in front of other coworkers(seen this happen).
