Had a Good Time at Sebiz

I left the company in May 2015 as I got a better job offer in Noida which is also my native place. I spent around 4.5 years at Sebiz and was working in the Software Development department. I learned a lot of things in ASP.Net and the company gave me freedom to explore my skills while working. The Senior Management is very friendly, the culture is good and lots of CSR, sports and cultural activities are happening. I also filled a Great Place to Work survey and heard that they are trying to be one of the top names in there. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I highly recommend this company for Software Development. Had I been settled in the Chandigarh region, I would definitely have continued with Sebiz.

Cons

A little more emphasis on advanced employee trainings would help.
