      Pros

      It is a good opportunity if you want to work in Sweden. They act mainly in the automotive industry, which is on high demand on Sweden.

      Cons

      They pay below the average salary for an engineer. The owners/founders try to tackle a million things at the same time and they dont know in depth what they are talking about. The owners like to use the catchy/trendy words (AI, machine learning, etc), but they dont really know what they are talking about. The company is super profit-oriented, having their employees well being as a low priority.

      If you are from Brazil, easy way come to Sweden.

      Low sallaries comparing to Swedish avarage you just realize It after you move to Sweden and start to know/have other opportunities; they have diferent (bad) treatment for each employee (special If you are woman) in terms of benefits and contract clause. Their employees stays max 1year due to insatisfaction with the company. They lie for your own benefit, especially about the rights If you are an employee.
