      - There is a good Work life balance. (No one brings their work home with them).

      Cons

      - Toxic culture, absolutely zero professionalism. - Terrible benefits (Basically no health or dental coverage). - Very high turnover rate. - Comp plan is constantly changing. - Promise new hires uncapped commission and then will change it once they start.
