Pros
You get to work on some cool projects (worked on Tomb Raider) and use the experience you get elsewhere. A good start for any newbie artist in game development.
Cons
Product managers are horribly biased and enablers of office politics and gossip. A lot of bullying and back-biting goes around for the slightest of reasons. Step out of line for any reason, just give them any reason, no matter how small, and the office cliques go against you. No one to talk to, no one to assist you when you ask them for help. Product managers, instead of stepping in and drawing the line, enable their coworkers to gang up on other people. The end result is that the product managers have colored reviews of you when KPI (employee review) comes up that, no wonder, turn out negative. Promotions just involve people who suck up to the managers/director. You also get to work more than 10 hours in the office for ABSOLUETLY ZERO OVERTIME PAY.
