      Good place to learn

      Pros

      Good place to learn if you're just starting out and/or trying to get experience. Small-ish company (but quickly growing & turning "corporate". Most people are nice, opportunity to move around if desired. Dog-friendly. Not a lot of overtime like most fashion companies.

      Cons

      Pay is well below market average, NO annual bonus, and not much opportunity for advancement, NO reviews w/ your superiors so you're just left wondering how your performance is, or if there is any hope for a promotion or raise in your future. Just recently started having 401K option but NO company matching. Not a lot of PTO.

      Pros

      Depending on which team you are on, they are understanding of work life balance. There is room to grow. Good health insurance plan.

      Cons

      Parking lot is terrible. I've seen multiple cars get hit. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more often and stocked. Not enough room for the sewers. They need more storage space for fabricand garments. Not enough pto offered, only 5 days! No 401k. Power goes out too often. IT doesn't really know how to fix Mac problems.
