Pros
• Open and honest • Supportive and becoming more flexible • Close knit team • Creative • Ownership of projects • Very little internal politics (refreshing) • Good mix of clients across different sectors • Belief in your expertise and opinions • Positive working environment • Support from upper management regarding family/flexibility and also Covid 19 have been amazing. Staff were not furloughed. The team have worked hard to stick together remotely through a very tough time and I think this has really shown the strengths of the leadership team and the team as a whole.
Cons
• Streamlining processes with changing team is ongoing. • Small team - with new business challenges and being a small team bottle necks can form quickly. Extra support would be appreciated but realise budgets can't always allow.

Pros
Small team, great company culture and they really value their staff. I was made to feel welcome from the outset and the support continued throughout my time there. Everyone works as a team to deliver the best for their clients. I only left to go self-employed otherwise I would still be there!
Cons
The office is opposite a fish and chip shop so you really need willpower ;)
