      Pros

      Since I started working at Secret Sushi, I have been warmly welcomed and received excellent training. I feel valued, heard, and important. The team is united, and Adam and Henriey are true leaders who motivate us. This past year has been full of learning for me, and I am very grateful and happy to work at Secret Sushi.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don’t see any drawbacks to working here. I just hope to keep growing and carving out my place within the agency.

      Pros

      Our team is small but our clients are large. This is a huge pro because we give personal attention to all of our clients. We have had the same clients for a long period of time and it's because we pay attention to detail that they may not otherwise get from a large agency.

      Cons

      I wish we were all living in the same area, sometimes it would be nice to brainstorm in the same room at the same timezones.
