Salary On time Flexible time Good financial growth (Depends on your performance ) Follow working and coding standards as per MNC On Side chance Yearly picnic for staff family. Formal dress not compulsory. Very supporting and helpful staff and management
Cons
Politics on senior staff Policy can be change depends on person to person 21 days notice period for 1 day leave. They can call you for Saturday work at any time No night allowance and traveling allowance if you work for late night No comp-off if you work for the Saturday or Sunday Non-Hygenic place too much rats in the company Company can change and make any policies before any intimation.
