Pathetic attitude towards staff ignore requests bad pay and if you dare to have a day of sick they mess about with your hours and site locations They don’t train their staff and as long as their clients pay them they don’t care or even know what their staff are required to do on sites You’ve limited staff and do nothing to keep them I would never recommend this company to work for or take on a contract

Poor Management & Training - I have been with this company under a year and they do not know how to train their staff on sites. We on the other hand work all these long hours away from family and get treated badly from the site staff and once you get complained at your in the firing line. There monitoring station cant handle the check calls and they don't even respect you for working their sites. Poor pay and poor working environment. What do you expect from a security guard: Minimum Wage = Minimum Effort
