SecurView strives to attract, retain and grow a solid workforce, providing training, experience and exposure to multiple platforms, tools and technologies. We find that this can be accomplished best with employees working out of our office premises, where they can experience employee collaboration and get exposure to a wide variety of customer and technical issues. We feel that our compensation is competitive as compared to companies of similar size and structure. Training adds to the overall growth of employee knowledge base and skills.
While training in general requires a certain degree of self-learning, it also requires employee initiative. Employees are exposed to new technologies and are encouraged to reach out to their managers to pursue additional learning and opportunities.
We have adopted an open-door policy and welcome employee concerns and input.
