Despite the great documentation on the site, management doesn't adhere to it, it is total chaos. The people acting as managers are good specialists in their field but lack any management quality. The CEO is the worst example, even admitting himself that he has no people management expertise, and doesn't want to get any.
Starting on the first actual full day spent in the office, one could cut tension with a knife. People rarely talk, and there is a depressing feeling in the air.
