      Place is a disaster stay away. Bunch of conmen running the show here.

      Everything. They talk a big game then recover nothing. Screw employees out of money and commissions.

      Pros

      This place treat you like family . They chose to rebuild themselves after covid and keep it a family style atmosphere . You're not just a number you are an individual . Personal and Family Matters outside of work met with respect and understanding. It's nice to show up to work and have a great group of individuals to work alongside that make the day enjoyable.

      Cons

      The benefits could be better. For example cheaper medical plans, Profit sharing plan, or matching 401k etc.

      - Great work environment - Flexible - No micromanagement - Room to grow (worked my way up from technician to sales)

      Cons

      Not too much to complain about honestly, we have had a few not so great people come and go throughout the years but most of the staff is 5+ years with SecureWatch24, me personally just hit 10 years. Ive seen some bad reviews on here but I'm sure its the salty ex-employees SecureWatch24 had had to let go.
