Management is useless. Constant talk about growth and opportunity but never fulfilled. They are trying to remain relevant by finding new tech to add to their useless product, but are failing at that too.
Talented peers, motivated, great company culture, and positive attitudes. Remote work was encouraged, and proactive self-management led to more freedom to work as you are comfortable working. Everyone within Engineering and Sales were amazing.
Cons
Communications and decisions do not trickle down to engineering. I was not aware of the company's direction but once a year at the all hands meeting. This compounded by the CEO's assurance two months prior to my termination that they were doing everything in their power to avoid anyone losing their jobs and the sudden announcement to me that the product line I had been working on was being terminated and the entire time was being let go.
