Awesome environment and people. Since the company is still in its growth path, you're exposed to many clients, tools, and softwares. This kind of place is where you're expected to learn fast, get better at troubleshooting issues, and work in tandem with people from other departments

Cons

Could use some more formal trainings or dedicated time to allow people to upskill.
