      Location close to home. That's about all I can say.

      Cons

      Owner doesn't keep his word with clients or employees.

      Pros

      Most of the staff is polite and helpful as long as they are not management.

      Cons

      Low pay under current market value. Management has no respect for employees. All but a select few are expendable. Even when they are very talented. Bait and switch with job offer salary. Promises never fulfilled.
