Pros

Relaxed work environment (borderline unprofessional), great training, hard to get fired (most people leave on their own), no quotas to meet.

Cons

Constant turnover, no area to store lunch/food (mini fridges are nasty and there's never enough room), area is not safe (especially if you take public transportation (was bothered dangerously multiple times by creepers in vehicles and when they followed into the parking lot and it was mentioned to management, they just said to be careful), commission is not just based on you but also closers and installers so if they screw up you lose your commission.

Pros

The training was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. It managed to strike a good balance between being informative and engaging, which made it easy to stay focused throughout. The sessions were well-structured, and the material was presented in a way that was both clear and accessible. What stood out most was how interactive the training felt—it encouraged participation and kept things from becoming monotonous. Overall, it was a positive experience that made learning feel less like a chore and more like something genuinely interesting and worthwhile.

Cons

There is limited flexibility in the process, and the checks tend to occur later than they ideally should, which can create inefficiencies and delays.

Pros

Easy hiring process (get hired on the spot)

Cons

No training structure. Hours are not good.. They will not pay you, if you decide its not for you. I worked 2 days and decided to quit, because the structure was not what I thought it was and it was just not for me. I have not been paid for the 2 days that I worked and they are ignoring my emails and texts. No idea who HR is or how to reach them.
