Pros

Good salary and benefit package. The summit in march is good. I can't find anything else good to say. If you can become a favorite to your regional manager or the compliance department you will do well with this company.

Cons

No support from upper management or compliance....unless you were on their "favorite" list. Otherwise good luck getting your stuff done because they won't do their part.

Pros

Small company out of Northern America.

Cons

Upper management doesnt assist with training, or support onsite teams when assistance is needed or out of office other properties are expected to be your support and training instead of upper management. When life threats are made to management team the upper management does not support additional steps to help employees feel more safe coming into work including active guard until eviction is completed. Necessary functions such as bluemoon and redbook access for onsite teams are not permitted and require heavy work and legal teams for items including lease violations. In all of my 14 years in management this would be the worst company ive ever been part of. Be warned. Do not join this company.

Pros

401k match is the only positive

Cons

HR department makes all decisions, even when an employee is stealing. I was forced to keep employees that should have been terminated. Spent hours documenting behaviors and that's as far as it went. Allowed racial discrimination. Leadership does not provide feedback or support. There is no consistency. The employee onboarding is not set up for employee success. Took nearly two months to get final pay for expenses.
