      Pros

      The owner and management will take care of those working for them. They will give overtime when available to those allowed at that event or sight and will do there best to avoid giving you false hope of moving up.

      Cons

      Communication isn’t the greatest but unless moving sites or moving up in position you will usually be told if your shift is changing and if your not told the hours your working than it’s the same as previous.

      Pros

      wide range of sites with different position types from stationary to mobile positions. Some sites have you in social settings, private events, schools, religion sites and medical sites.

      Cons

      When you finally get guys who care about the site, team and clients your not able to do more for them when they need help with life changes or want to have more challenging opportunities.

      Only good thing about this job is coworkers are polite and professional

      Cons

      Overtime is hard to get. CEO never wants to Let It Go happen. You will never get a raise. CEO will not hire anyone he cannot control. They pay the very minimum.
