It's okay as a start up job not a permanent

The free uniforms and mostof the staff are very nice

Cons

Their pay system STINKS , some hours are missing from your check, and they keep bouncing you around from job site to job site.

Pros

Good for experience only. You get free uniforms that might fit you properly. The company also has direct deposit. And you may get called in to work at anytime.

Cons

Company seems extremely disorganized at the managerial level which seems to influence a very high employee turn-over rate. Employees are poached from the company routinely. There is a severe lack of scheduling. Guards are treated like equipment, and not like people. No real connection with employees. Everything is done by phone.

Only good for gaining some experience.

Cons

Company has you working as a floater, gives you different days different hours at different locations each week. Just a heads up if you're looking to work in a permanent schedule.
