It is a tough job but you will learn a lot about the industry. The skills you learn will make you a strong person in business and when you are doing well the compensation is great. They look for people from all backgrounds to hire if they see you have the personality and drive to succeed

Cons

Compensation regarding commission can be tough because it is on a quarterly pay out structure.

Uncapped earnings structure. Top performers earn between 150k-200k annually.

Cons

On-site 5 days a week. Training process can be improved, however, management is currently implementing new processes for employees to be successful.
