The HR team is very toxic,the head of HR is someone who ruins employee's careers due to his ego and biases. I have heard about few seniors not getting promoted despite being eligible just because the HR guy forgot to add their name to the promotion list,instead of apologising and fixing the blunder he and the management decided to stay quite. Leading to a few resignations too. Organization was very flexible at some point in time but it has been deteriorating in recent few years. They are very focused on bringing people back to office but office basically have no facilities, there's limited parking space,pantry is almost empty all the time,Organizations who want people to come to office usually have some arrangements for lunch which is again unavailable here. Low hikes.

No salary raises. Let alone inflation matches. Difficult to get a raise. There's history of mass layoffs but I guess that is not a surprise coming from tech companies post-covid. The lack of raises and the difficulty in getting them are probably the main contributors to my unhappiness while working here.
