Pros
As stated in other reviews (some of them fake and posted on the same day) it’s a small company so good ‘small company’ vibe. You actually feel like you have a say in the operations of the company. You have a pretty relaxed work environment most of the time. Occasional bouts of stress with clients and tasks.
Cons
Cons unfortunately outweigh the pros in this company. They have had massive employee turn around in their short time of operations. They unfortunately made some bad hires but a majority of the former employees had finally had enough of the lies and control issues from upper management. You have owners and directors who cannot seem to get a grasp on the business. People are at odds, nobody can make a solid decision on where to take the business and they have sub par technology. Secuvant might have started out great but slowly a stranglehold has been setting in on the company and their clients are tapping out. I would not recommend this company as a good place to work for anybody that I cared about.
