      Potential to grow, but very unlikely.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, my experience with this team was disappointing. There was no clear ownership of responsibilities, limited strategic alignment, and frequent breakdowns in communication. Decision-making felt reactive rather than structured, and cross-functional collaboration lacked cohesion. A stronger governance process and clearer leadership alignment would significantly improve performance and morale.

      Good pay, if you work extremely hard.

      Cons

      No HR, micromanagement, no loyalty to contractors, vendors, staff, no upward mobility -they don't promote from within, always an outside hire.

      Great coworkers who are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Deceptive with their hiring tactics. We were required to allow the Director of Sales to visit our home to interview our spouse before an offer letter was presented. After working there, I felt it was definitely a profiling tactic. High turnover rate and overall low moral regarding the company.
