I’m writing this as a former employee and will be keeping my identity private for good reason. Retaliation is a real concern at this company.
While the public image of See Sight Tours looks positive, that image does not reflect the reality inside the office. Employees have repeatedly been encouraged to post positive reviews to counterbalance negative ones, which makes the overall rating misleading and carefully curated rather than genuine.
The office environment itself is not healthy (quite toxic). On the surface, there’s joking and casual behavior, but underneath that is a lack of structure, poor leadership, and constant uncertainty. Many employees feel the company is always on the verge of falling apart. This starts at the top and impacts everything below it.
There are frequent “business ideas” that never materialize, unclear direction, and a general feeling that staff are not treated like people, but as disposable resources. Morale is low, and most office employees are aware of how unstable things really are.
If you are considering working here as a tour guide, you may not experience these issues since they are mostly internal. However, for office roles, I strongly recommend choosing another company. The public-facing reputation isnt good already and does match the internal reality.
