      A lot better than any other warehouse jobs Small, caring team Periodic raises Free lunches occasionally and company events/parties

      Cons

      Really hot during summer but that’s about it, the only reason I left was because I was pursuing a career in tech and a job with my wife

      I have worked for See Water for close to nine years now and have no plans to leave. From the first day until present, I have realized the professionalism and dedication to quality products and customer service that See Water yields from start to finish. The leadership of See Water is continuously looking to improve all aspects of the work environment and the process of day to day operations. See Water is a great place for employment for anyone that works hard and loves the opportunity to learn new skills and advance in a company.

      Everthing about this company is top notch: new facility, staff, the innovative mindset. See Water Inc. will continue to be the industry leader for years to come. I am proud to be a part of it.

      Cons

      There truely isn't anything worth complaining about. This company is an employee minded company and tries to accomadate the workforce. Work environment is better than other companies that I have been a part of in the past.
