      Pros

      There are smart people at the company. You get to work with some cutting edge startups.

      Cons

      Pretty toxic working environment. People are more combative, afraid of getting fired, then supporting each other. Apparently due to a firing culture way back when. You create some bad engineering habits at this company. Definitely not an eng led startup, but a finance one. Terrible work life balance, don't let them lie to you during interviews.
